How to modify PSP Slim 2000

1) Replaced PSP Slim with Pandora battery and Memory Stick Pro with firmware

2) Hold on L, R and start button and power on PSP Slim

3) System will boot up NAND and prompt to flash new firmware, eg: 3.81M33

4) Click X to install 3.80 M33 or overwriting with new firmware

5) Once done, it will prompt Install Success and Press X to shutdown the PSP. Click X

 

Boot recovery mode and set UMD mode to (Currently: M33 driver -NO UMD-)

1) Go to the recovery menu by turning your PSP off and powering it back up while holding the R-trigger

2) Go to Configuration, click X

3) Select UMD Mode (Currently: Normal -UMD required-)

4) Click X to toggle UMD Mode from (Currently: Normal -UMD required-) to (Currently: M33 driver -NO UMD-)

5) Move arrow up, select Back and click X

6) Move arrow down, select Exit and click X
